- There is not stock, items are -Made to Order- Low stock does not mean: “soon to be sold out”
- This is a 3D Printed item. Due to the nature of that, final product might differ slightly from advertised.
- Items are printed on an SLA printer at 0.04-to-0.03-layer height in 8K for the best result.
- Items are printed with a mixture of resin; 50% Resione TH72 – 50% Anycubic ABS-Like Resin+. The final result follows the plastic characteristics of: bendable when hot, brittle when cold.
- When the option of “Painted” is selected the items will be painted as advertised. Any alterations need to be disccused first as cost might apply.

As per August 2022 all items are shipped with Tracking:
- Small Items will be shipped in a letterbox [25cm X 16cm X 2.7CM].
- Bigger Items will be packed and shipped in an postal box [31cm X 22cm X 12.5cm]
Shipping upgrades are available if you want to make sure your order arrives in good condition.
Since 2021 the Union Postale Universelle has deemed small items to be packages and forbids these to be send as letters.
Therefor the items that Rangers Forge sells cannot be sent for cheaper.

We’d like to sum up the situations that might occur where you would want a refund and how we will act upon that request:
- Within 24 hours of order made | Full Refund
- Received but broken | No Refund
- Broke item by user error | No Refund
- Item send back due to not being able to deliver | 80% of total order upon receiving items, shipping cost will not be refunded
- Item lost in transit | After checking if item is indeed lost with all parties involved – 75% of total order, shipping cost will not be refunded

A: Custom items or modifications will not be made. Any future releases will be made as per a LONG list of planned items.

Q: "Can I buy your Files for personal use"
A: No, I have had my files for sale in the past. Now others sell them as their own. Therefor my files will never be for sale.

Q:"Can I get a discount? | Can you combine shipping cost?"
A:Any discount is already integrated with the listing prices. No further discount will be given outside of sales.
The cheapest shipping options are automatically selected by Etsy, I cannot control the shipping cost set by postal services.

Q: "Is my order ready? | When will my order ship?"
A: You’ll be contacted with a final photo before your order is shipped. After contact, shipping will happen within 48h, check your estimated delivery date on your “Purchases” page for a better indication.

Q: "My Item broke/got damaged/got lost during shipping, can I get a refund?"
Refer to the section “Refund Policies” below. Rangers Forge is not responsible of how your items are handled by Postal Services.

Q: “Will my order really take 2-6 / 3-8 weeks?”
A: Orders are set to be finished within the allotted period of time.
To make sure every order gets the same amount of care as the next one the processing time has been set to a maximum of 6 weeks.
Orders tend to be finished within 2 - 3 from the time of ordering however, depending on size and volume of the order. And current workload

When there is a big workload estimated process time will be set to 3-8 weeks to accommodate the workload.

Q: What paint / brushes/ resin/ did/ do you use.
A: My paints, recipes and anything related to my process fall under business NDA policies
