We’d like to sum up the situations that might occur where you would want a refund and how we will act upon that request:
- Within 24 hours of order made | Full Refund
- Received but broken | No Refund
- Broke item by user error | No Refund
- Item send back due to not being able to deliver | 80% of total order upon receiving items, shipping cost will not be refunded
- Item lost in transit | After checking if item is indeed lost with all parties involved – 75% of total order, shipping cost will not be refunded

International shipping from the EU can be pricey for some countries.

"Can I buy your files for personal use"
No, I have had my files for sale in the past. Now others sell them as their own.
Therefor *my* files will never be for sale. Files sold under license agreement with creators will have a link in the listing
"Can I get a discount? | Can you combine shipping cost?"
Any discount is already integrated with the listing prices. No further discount will be given outside of sales.
"Can I combine made orders?"
Yes, contact me, get the coupon for free shipping and add your combine request in the buyers notes.
"Is my order ready? | When will my order ship?"
You’ll be contacted with a final photo before your order is shipped.
After contact, shipping will happen within 48h.
“Will my order really take 8-10 weeks?”
Orders are set to be finished within the allotted period of time.
To make sure every order gets the same amount of care as the next one the processing time has been set to a maximum of 10 weeks.
Unpainted orders are finished quicker then painted.
"My Item broke/got damaged/got lost during shipping, can I get a refund?"
By making a purchase in the store you agree to the store's policies.
In the policies the actions that will be taken by the store are listed.

My paints, recipes and anything related to my process fall under business NDA policies

Yes, as of right now all orders bound to the US have an 15% tariff that you'll need to pay as an US resident. This situation is evolving but for the foreseeable future this is the state of it.
