Refund policy
Due to nature of custom painted items, returns and refunds are not accepted.
However in certain situations:
We’d like to sum up the situations that might occur where you would want a
refund and how we will act upon that request:
- Within 24 hours of order made | Full Refund
- Received but broken | No Refund
- Broke item by user error | No Refund
- Item send back due to not being able to deliver | 80% of total order upon
receiving items, shipping cost will not be refunded
- Item lost in transit | After checking if item is indeed lost with all parties
involved – 75% of total order, shipping cost will not be refunded
